I need an industrial PC that runs Linux, Android and Windows, with a 10 inch screen, USB, LAN, WiFi and a capacitive touchscreen.

The point to settle first is the operating system, because few machines officially support all three: - x86 platforms (Intel Atom, Celeron, Core): run Windows 10/11 IoT and Linux such as Ubuntu or Debian, with vendor drivers. Android on x86 is not supported by the vendors and is only suitable for testing. - ARM platforms: run Android and Linux (Yocto, Debian) through the vendor BSP, draw little power, and do not run Windows. So start from the main software: Windows software (SCADA, PC-based HMI) points to x86; Android apps (kiosks, queue displays, device control) point to ARM.
