We are not sure which of thousands of models to choose. Can we get configuration advice before buying?

Yes. Most customers do not need to read thousands of datasheets, just describe the problem accurately. You can pre-filter with the tools on this site: 1. Selector: filter by installation environment, temperature, power and required ports. 2. Compare: put several models side by side to see the specification differences. 3. Equivalents: enter an old model or another vendor's model to find the closest match. 4. Power calculator: estimate supply capacity and heat in the cabinet. When you want an engineer's advice, send: where the machine goes and the maximum temperature, available power, devices to connect (number of COM, LAN, cameras, DIO), the software and operating system, and expected quantity. We shortlist a few suitable models, explain the differences and the reasoning, so you can compare and decide. General technical questions can be posted on the Q&A page, with no account needed.
