What to do

Suspect software, RAM or storage faults

  1. Check Event Viewer or system logs right before the freeze
  2. Run a RAM test overnight
  3. Check SSD health — commercial-grade SSDs degrade quickly in hot environments
  4. Enable the Watchdog Timer if the machine has one, so it restarts itself on a freeze

Before opening the machine. Disconnect power, wait for capacitors to discharge, and photograph the current wiring. If the machine is under warranty, call us first — opening it yourself may void the warranty.
