What to do

Suspect unstable power

  1. Check whether it coincides with motors or welders starting up
  2. Measure the voltage while the machine is under load, looking for sag
  3. Re-check the terminal block screws — slightly loose ones lose contact under vibration
  4. Consider a larger PSU or adding a DC UPS

Before opening the machine. Disconnect power, wait for capacitors to discharge, and photograph the current wiring. If the machine is under warranty, call us first — opening it yourself may void the warranty.
